“There has been a winter event happen here with negative temps (Celsius) and the AC does not heat. actually, it will only blow cold air. We are not the only ones. Everyone is asking each other in the elevators if their hearing is working. ”

“The staff was excellent. Although the property is older it was quiet, comfortable and clean. The breakfast and bar room were comfortable and an excellent gathering space. Charming. There were dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. free parking”

“It's one of my favorites when I visit Houston. Nice rooms and views of Houston. It's quiet and safe. Just don't like paying for fast speed internet which is $15 a night. Wasn't like this before they remodeled but I get it in business aspect. Just not good if you're trying to stream on your own device. Also when taking a shower the water took about 7 min to get hot. Other than that the staff is great, friendly and efficient. ”
