First, I would like to start off with staff was great stay was not. We have been battling back-and-forth through the hurricane and found a great deal with a two bed and sofa pullout suite which would be great for my family of five this is what we expected when we got there, but that was not the case. Upon check-in, I went and inspected the room with my family and realized that there was a pullout sofa. . Upon check-in, I went and inspected the room with my family and realized that there was a sofa a big deal. It wouldn’t have been a big deal before, but due to the fact that we’ve been all over the place for the last couple days, I could not be OK with spending money on some thing that I did not reserve. I did go ahead and ask if she could do anything because the room we booked was not the same as what we received. She proceeded to let me know that there was no more rooms. It was completely sold out, and I completely understand, that being said there was no alternative options given to me. The only other thing was to get a refund from Expedia. It took about an hour to complete in the timeframe. Family stood in the room. We did not disturb in the room because I did not want the fact of getting a refund, especially in this time when we really need it , long story short, it was heavy crime. It was the effort was not put in place to accommodate, which was a bit upsetting. Would I come back is the question? Absolutely not I don’t highly recommend this hotel for family at all.
