"This hotel is very conveniently located on Banyan Drive in Hilo. Staff was friendly. WSW Steakhouse had amazing food and staff and is right onsite. There is also a more casual restaurant that had friendly staff and a smaller menu. Beautiful location but loud locals out until late at night blasting music was kind of a downer. Hotel is a bit rundown but overall a good value for the price and the location."

The property is older yet you can see the many upgrades and updates they have done however, there are a lot of stairs to climb with no elevator options. Hallways are also narrow and you can feel the floors are not leveled evenly. Overall the customer service was beyond excellent and you can feel the Aloha spirit of the staff! "
