It is truly a pleasure to see her each time I visit. Additionally, I must express my sincere gratitude to the lifeguards on duty. On January 1st, there was an incident that put to test their skills and bravery. The way they handled the situation was nothing short of heroic. Their quick thinking and expertise were truly impressive, and words cannot adequately express my admiration for their actions. Overall, your resort has become my favorite destination, and it is largely due to the remarkable staff who make every stay enjoyable and safe. "The ambiance of the property and hotel is lovely. We were a bit put off at arriving an 1 1/2 early and being told without even asking what our names were or what room that it was not ready. We would have preferred them saying they don’t allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful. Outside of the initial interaction with the front desk, the time was wonderful "
