“We enjoyed our time. However, if we had known there was no beach (due to the weather) and construction going on, we would not have chosen to stay there. We were warned by the owners that there was sand everywhere and limited beach access. I was offered pictures of the property and when I requested them, I was told to visit the website. “Property its self is suitable. However the beach access is horrible! We couldn’t fully enjoy ourself because there was so much concrete and sewage in the waters. Dead fish all up and down beach! ”

“Property was suffering beach erosion after the winter and early storms on the Oceanside. But spectacular view from room and deck on the Oceanside. We should have asked them for a regular coffee pot. Very disappointed that the hot tub was not even warm. We went for beach horseback ride and for 62 yo we sure could have used it. Mgmt tried to get propane for hot tub . But just couldn’t. ”

“Our room was on the 3rd floor and we were not told there was not an elevator. The sheets and blankets had holes. One cake of soap was provided. It was the size of a quarter and was for 2 people for 2 days. The mattress was very uncomfortable with a dip in the center. The furniture was very worn with torn chairs. The hotel does have a good location.”

“Our 2nd floor room was beachfront. The Nags Head Outlet was within walking distance as well as a huge "beach" store. The Sea Foam is an older historical motel that was recently sold. Yes, it is in need of repair and updating, however, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and decent water pressure. It fit our needs. Word is that the new owners have big plans.”

“I liked that everything was clean and taken care of. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Full breakfast was good. Several options to choose from and they served you. Will definitely stay there again!”
