“WhyHotel is always a comfortable stay. I’ve been here about 4 times. They’re beautiful, luxury apartments that operate as a hotel. Check-in is fast and easy. The accommodations are spacious, clean and comfortable. The property itself is conveniently located in the Merriweather District of Columbia Town Center with lots to do and lots to eat nearby. “The property management has horrible communication, very unprofessional and lacks customer service. After driving 5 hrs to get to Baltimore they canceled my reservation 10 minutes before i arrived at the property and couldn't give me a clear explanation why my reservation was canceled. the worst memory.....

"I made my reservation here a month ago. However, on the day of check-in, the front dest staff informed me that my reservation had been transferred to another location due to maintenance issues at the hotel, and the staff instructed me to go there. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional way to handle a situation, and it was the first time in my life that I had experienced such a thing. I asked to speak with her manager, but when I tried to call, the manager did not answer. I also sent an email, but I have not received a reply yet. This cowardly way of handling things made my business trip in Baltimore the worst. "
