The service of this place was amazing, especially the two gentlemen that covers the front. I can’t remember one of the gentlemen name, but he went out of his way to help us with requests and accommodations. The place was clean and spacious and in an area where it was centralized to different stations. Highly recommended.

Free shuttle from the hotel to Escal Plaza (at the base of Goryu ski field). From there you can get to any hakuba mountain by bus. Free if you have a lift ticket.
