"The room is a comfortable, clean jail cell. It’s tiny. I have to hop over my suitcase to get to the bathroom. The shower sprays onto the floor. It’s clean and works well for a place to sleep. Its location in the terminal near the train station is the selling point for me. No hassles. "

"When checking in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had been upgraded for free! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The shower was incredibly hot, but when we mentioned it, it was fixed instantly. We’ll definitely be returning! Everyone is very professional. "

He asked what time my flight was at and gave me several options and after I chose the taxi, he walked me out and called a taxi over. I had a similar great experience when I checked in. "
