“Was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was big and clean. The gym/pool/ courtyard were very enjoyable. Had an issue with the fire alarm battery dying and I reached out through the app for it to get changed and someone showed up very quickly. Would definitely stay here again. I think the only thing I wish there was more of was trash bags and maybe a couple more pods for the dishwasher so I didn’t have to track someone down for it but honestly not a big deal. Overall loved it! ”

“this place was awesome ! It is super clean, and got everythings, such as printing rooms, water prufier, tons of dishes, pots, glasses, and microwave. It is places near the union station, which is alsp great since I uses free mall bus to get to the colorado convention center to attend my conference. Also, there is BIG supermarket near the union station.”

Unfortunately, the parking was quite difficult and we had to park (as well as did others) in a no parking zone, or Uber to our car. We were also surprised that we could not have an hour late check out (I had a conference call ending right as check out was required), and were told to sign up for the app to pay the late fee. “I throughly enjoyed my stay at this property. A lot of appliances made it easy to save on food costs, as I could cook myself instead of dining out every day. A very clean property, within walking distance to Denver Union Station.”

“Everything done electronically, which is convenient though impersonal. Couldn’t check in 15 minutes early. As you are dealing with an electronic lock that is timed to the check in time. (You can pay for an hour early check in, or an hour later check out, but nothing for 15-20 minutes.) Good layout to the room. Super hot, turned off heat but it didn’t help. Needed to open windows which did help though there was a terrible smell in the alley, which forced us to close them pretty quickly. Great...
