“Only booked at short notice as I decided to extend my trip and my previous hotel was very expensive for the extra night. I'm glad I did. Lovely little place, plenty of little touches that the big chains forget such as biscuits and hot chocolate being readily available. Only met the owners briefly but they seemed very friendly and were flexible with me arriving late. “Staff were excellent and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Decor was tired and the carpets needed a goo clean. Comfortable rooms and beds, slept really well. ”

“When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall. Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall. ”
