"I think overall it was a good stay but i had a couple of issues with the house keeping. While the rooms were kept nice and clean, items were often removed or not replaced after use. For example, I really enjoyed the bath robes provided and took advantage of them in the evening while showering and getting ready for bed. "All personnel at the hotel were friendly, professional, & helpful. We loved the rooms because they were spacious & convenient in that they had all the amenities of a small apartments: kitchenette, fridge, &separate living area from the bedroom. The lobby space was also very effectively put to use; there's a cool bar area that always made the hotel feel 'happening'. "We love coming here and we come at least once a year. My only thing is we always get the lake side and this time we did not. Still a nice chicago skyline view but if you can get the lake side it’s gorgeous!"
