“What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. “Great property, lovely location”

“A lovely property! Leigh and Sue are wonderful hosts, so kind and helpful. Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. Thank you so much for having us! Beth x”

“Great location to stay a couple of nights for a sad family occasion. Jasper on the front desk was great. Facilities are OK but not perfect. At breakfast even in non peak periods, basic items were missing and tables unkempt. However our room was spacious and we would stay again though not if we wanted to feel spoiled or as a particular treat. ”

“We stayed overnight as we were going to a concert. We had a family room, although a great idea my teenager son was too tall for the bunk bed. They provided a camp bed for him. It was a decent size room, comfy bed and a decent shower!”

“Hotel is located perfectly for a short stay/zoo trip. Free parking and no need to move your car as you can make a short walk from the hotel to the entrance. Two restaurants and a indoor pool. Advise to book meals and pool in advance.”

“Fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Stone’s throw from the Pleasure Beach & South Pier, tram stop & a great Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Owner was fantastic, really friendly & helpful (even arranged great weather for us!). A real home from home with everything you need & we’d absolutely recommend. If & when we visit Blackpool again we'll definitely return here. Thank you! 👍”
