“The staff at reception were consistently friendly, helpful and generally brilliant. We requested to switch rooms for a lake view and they did everything to make this possible, meaning our second night was spent looking out across the water. Our dog was equally welcome and was treated to a cosy bed, blanket, bowl and plenty of treats! The area around the hotel is lovely, with very nice walks around the lakes. Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. “The bedroom was well appointed with lovely Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. There was large soft bath towels, tea making equipment, comfortable bed, TV, and nice lighting. Even though my room overlooked a busy road the room was very quiet I would definitely stay there again. ”

“Fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Stone’s throw from the Pleasure Beach & South Pier, tram stop & a great Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Owner was fantastic, really friendly & helpful (even arranged great weather for us!). A real home from home with everything you need & we’d absolutely recommend.
