I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. “The property has an excellent location. It is within walking distance from the lake and the castle. The closest supermarket is only 3 blocks away. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. The apartment does not have air conditioning so depending of the weather it could be hot, specially at night, but other than that is a perfect space for two people. ”

Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und liegt in ländlich geprägter Gegend. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Ajdovscina (ca. 10 Minuten). Kommunikation mit Vermieter ist mit Englisch gut möglich. Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ”

“Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and activities. Our host Stephan was very friendly and available. He gave us some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area.
