“We actually got moved to the Norseman Hotel as We felt the approach to the property was not the best as loads of pot holes in the road. The property looked like it had been a nursing home, it needed some landscaping outside we felt the security was not good as the main door which was not signposted was open and the room that we were given was unlocked and the door looked like it had had a letter box which was boarded up. “It would be helpful to have a picture and directions on how to start the boiler to get heat. It can be like the recycling signs. It would also be helpful to have directions on how to use the shower control box. Both controls are something we have never seen before. Thanks ”
