“gayet iyi ama çok kalabalık bir tesis”

“This is not a hotel. Is basically a hotel room rented as an “ apartment” except there is no cleaning service which makes sense but when I came in, at the dishes where sticky and not fresh, the shower was literally black and not deeply cleaned in a very long time. Lots of l hair everywhere. The bed did not have bed sheet protection… pillows were weird. My daughters and my head was super itchy towards the morning. Not enough towels. Only 2 small tiny travel size shampoo for 6 nights and same with...

“It wasn’t until the day of travelling did I manage to speak to someone about how to check-in/gain access. The information about this on Expedia is wrong. I spoke to them on WhatsApp and they seemed to think they were going to contact me about check-in, despite the fact that I was on the plane headed to Batumi when they finally responded. “الغرفة نظيفه و الشاب في الاستقبال كان ودو ومتعاون مالكة العقار محترمه”

There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The area is quiet and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and...

“I had a nice time.”

“Liked: fine location. First line. Close to shopping, Grand Mall restaurants, beach. Excellent view of the mountains and the beach line. Did not like: Dirty floors, broken stove, broken washing machine, uncleaned dishes, defective heat alarm (that summoned only rudimentarily English-speaking, dim, and annoying fire control people three times during the stay, once entering w/o a permission, even after being advised that I would be leaving the premises in 10 min, w/o any pressing reason.) Just...

“The price-performance ratio was excellent. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and definitely worth the money. I would stay here again.”

“Tyylikäs ja mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, henkilökunta oli esimerkillisen huomaavaista ja ystävällistä.”
