This was an interesting property. Upon arrival at the Manor, we were met with a sign that said we had to check in at Belhurst Castle (which owns the Manor), 2.5 mles away. At check in, they informed us that the continental breakfast was also at the Castle, as was checkout. There were no staff or services at the Manor at all, which just seemed a bit odd to me.
The Manor itself was a lovely property (although some of the exterior was in need of some maitenance) and our room was very nice, including the quirky 6-7 steps up to he toilet. It has expansive lawns with views down to the lake. The bed was comfortable anfmd the shower nice. The aforementioned continentsl breakfast was a joke. Nesrly everything was prepackaged and not particularly good (Lender's bagels, really?). The only saving grace of going to the Castle was being right on Seneca Lake, which is beautiful.
