The only thing I would let people know about are the bees in the pools area, they are very attracted to the sweetness of the drinks😅 The daily entertainment and activities are awesome! The rooms are clean, but need to be updated. The Bar staff is excellent. The property overall needs an upgrade and suggestion. Golf cart will be mostly appreciative for people that has wheelchair needs some rooms are very far lots of walking the , air-conditioning in the room I’m very very loud make it hard to have a really good night rest

The staff at the bar were super kind!!! Even the buffet, the food and staff were great!!! On our last night, we went to Viva Cafe and the food and desert was really good. Our server was very attentive and keep the food coming. We enjoyed our stay!!!

The property though dated is kept very clean. This is my first time back after several years. Not much has changed. The staff was was nice, esp the young man whose name sound likes Ricardo! There were a lot of bees on the beach which I found to be odd. If one has allergies, walk with an Epi-pen! The stay was nice.

The property is older, and I understand that, but the staff's attitude was disappointing and unprofessional. My biggest concern, however, was the café. Live birds were flying around the dining area and eating directly from the buffet. This is a serious public health and food safety issue that should be addressed immediately. The overall experience fell well below what I expected, and I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve both customer service and hygiene standards.

Staff very friendly. Beautiful beach with an abundance of lounges and some shade. Food was plentiful with a very wide variety to choose from. The fine dining restaurants were excellent. The first room were given was not what we booked and it took 2 days for us to get the king room we had booked. The resort needs much repair and more maintenance. Our visit was off season and many rooms were being worked on. It seemed there were major repairs happening. The bar was efficient, friendly, well supplied. All in all it was a very satisfying vacation, especially for the price 😊😎 a

We had a great stay at Viva Fortuna Beach. The food was tasty, and while the selection isn’t as extensive as some higher-end resorts (don’t expect lobster or shrimp every day), everything that was available was well prepared and flavorful. One thing to keep in mind is that check-in can take a little longer because many guests often arrive at the same time, so the lobby gets quite busy. However, the staff does their best to keep the process moving as efficiently as possible. The service was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The entertainment team deserves special recognition—they organized plenty of fun activities throughout the day and evening, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They are not modern or luxurious, but they are comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Overall, this is a great value for the money. If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing vacation with good food, friendly service, and lots of entertainment, I would definitely recommend it and would happily come back.
