Stay: March 5–13
I want to express my deep disappointment with this resort. Based on this trip, I will never go there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
While the restaurants, Marco (who worked around the pool area), and the entertainment staff were highlights of our stay, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.
• The buffet food did not meet the standard expected for the price we paid.
• The pool was consistently freezing cold, and the hot tub was dirty throughout our stay.
• The rooms were subpar, with small, poorly maintained washrooms. The shower area was unhygienic, and shockingly, there wasn’t even a toilet paper holder—we had to place the roll on the counter.
• Hot water was unreliable, making basic comfort a challenge.
• I specifically booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, we were given two double beds. When I addressed this with the front desk, I was met with indifference and told, “That’s what we have.”
In reality, this resort should be rated 2.5 stars at best. I would never recommend it to anyone, and if I could get a refund, I absolutely would. To make matters worse, I spoke with another guest from Florida who shared the same sentiment—this was the worst resort experience they had ever had.
This was, without question, the worst resort my family has ever stayed at.
