"The lady who I’m guessing was the chick running the show was so extremely rude. She got mad at me when we arrived and I asked how to check in? She then just loooed at me when I asked where our room was! Just so unhelpful and awkward. There were 10 adults and 7 kids and we all felt on edge and judged the whole time. "Amazing hotel in beautiful Harvey Bay. Right near the Urangan Pier. Stayed a week and wanted to stay forever. Great relaxation spot with spa bath in the ensuite. Ocean view was the best choice. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be back. "

"Great apartment across the esplanade from the beach. Very clean and well equipped. Huge balcony with a view of the beach through the trees. One compliant, internet speeds are around 25mps, slow these days, and goes missing if you want to use it on the balcony. Other than that nothing wrong with this apartment and again, incredible balcony."
