The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. Amazing dinner but no real town to walk about. This is a great place if you have a car and want to explore nearby beaches. Close to the train station. "Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."

"I only spend one night here while in transit. Perfectly fine hotel for a stopover. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Property is just around the corner from the train station, so it is very convenient. The property is a bit old. It can be noisy at night. There isn’t much to do around the hotel, so if you’re visiting to explore the main parts of Lamezia Terme, this might not be the best location. "

"The hotel is new and the room is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable bed, large bathroom, great location. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It was limited and the food didn't look fresh at the beginning of the year. Maybe they couldn't get supplies after New Year's Eve. All the rest was great."

"The room was simple but clean, a great home base while enjoying the area. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet seat that was fixed shortly after we reported it. We easily walked everywhere we needed to, but the hotel was set away from the hustle and bustle so that was nice. As expected there was stairs to get to and from the beach so we got a bit of a workout but not so bad that we minded ot a few times a day, at the beach we could rent an umbrella and chairs for tbe day or just enjoy the other part of the beach without. The hotel beakfast was fantastic but we did not take advantage of the other meals available. We would choose this hotel again for the location, great staff, and cleanliness of the hotel. Oh, and the view... amazing! We planned originally for 2 nights at this hotel but ended up adding a 3rd before our trip and a 4th night after we were there a couple days because we enjoyed it so much. We traveled as two adults with a yound child."
