“They told me I didn't have a room and told me to go out.They couldn't even find my reservation. The 'hotels.com' said I had no problem at all. It's only a matter of hotel. This hotel doesn't have a conversation. They just told me to leave without any intention of solving my problem. You can be nervous ahead of your trip. Are you sure you should stay here?”
“Had a lovely welcome from the reception staff and the staff in general were very friendly and accommodating. We had room 306 and the view of the golf course was gorgeous. The room was large and spaces and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, could tell it was all locally sourced. The pool facilities were a bit disappointing, not enough seating around the pool and only one pool to share with the public. Steam and sauna very small. “Very historic building. As is most if tewkesbury. Nice room at back of hotel. Hot at the time, so room was stuffy which couldn't really be helped; fans were provided. Generally very quiet but some noise from kitchen. ”

We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going.
The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding.
The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest.
We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day.”

“It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything.
