“The staff were excellent. Unintrusive but always there when needed. Polite, bright and attentive. Can’t believe how hard everyone worked over the festive break just so guests could relax. I do hope they’re duly rewarded. Please thank them all for us. We will return next year purely because of your staff. ”

“Stunning building, beautifully decorated. Great location, right on the high street. Well equipped room. Firm mattress (perfect for us) but pillows were quite hard. Breakfast service was slow, full English was tasty, but could have been hotter, good continental choices, but tea was really weak (1 teabag in a full teapot!! ) All in all, a lovely stay, staff were friendly & we would definitely stay again. ”
