“Nossa estadia foi agradável. O apartamento estava limpo e bem equipado para nossas necessidades. No entanto, os móveis antigos e o carpete poderiam ser substituídos para uma experiência ainda melhor. Quanto à localização é excelente.”

“Enjoyed my stay! My only complaint is that more towels should provided for no cost. 1 wash towel and 1 dry towel is needed for however many days a guest is staying.”

“Only 3 nights, and we really loved the apartment. We didn’t have a great view, or the best amenities, but for as going out and enjoying the beach was more important. Super clean and organized apartment, so much room. And having a free parking is totally a big plus. Very walkable area. Also communication was very good. We would comeback there again. ”

“We loved it! We definitely would come back. Our only discrepancy would be the buzzing sound that consistently occurs. Not sure where it comes from, whether it’s the AC or if it was due to the structure of the building because of how high up we were and how windy it was. ”

“We’ve stayed at the banyan 3 times over the years and this room was by far the nicest and most modern. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds comfortable. A little stingy on the bathroom linens , only 2 face cloths and 2 hand towels for a week stay? Room was quiet with excellent view and ac worked well keeping the room at a perfect temperature. The pool area and rec area are older and in need of upgrade but we go to Hawaii for the ocean not the pool . Hope to stay again ”
