My room was spacious, including a separate small office (super helpful!) and well-stocked, and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless (once you’ve set yourself up in their system, which FYI it seems you only have to do once and then you’re good for repeat stays in any Sonder property). “There was a terrible smell that we could only describe as a frat house in the hall. It crept into our room every night. Our split unit stopped working on the 2nd day so our room was hot and the smell took over. The actual rooms were very clean. Extremely comfortable bed and great linens. The couch is terribly small and awfully hard. It is extremely uncomfortable and the only TV is in the living room, so you have to sit on the couch. The full sized fridge is so great though for leftovers”

“The room was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. The building itself made the stay a 4 instead of a 5. Walls were very thin so we could hear the TV from the apartments on both sides clearly and the loft feature meant it was tough to heat resulting in the room being on the cooler side. I am not upset I stayed there. Location was ideal for what we were looking for and having a kitchen was wonderful. ”
