"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Only downside, fire alarm went off at 115am, possibly caused by nearby brushfires."

"Our room was nice and roomy clean could hear thru the door for the ajoining room sometimes to noisy. Was disappointed with the breakfast menu and service. My wife also got a glimpse into the kitchen she said it did not look clean. would go somewhere else. Overall everything was ok the ocean veiw is great location is good fyi we have been here 5 times the people are freindly and the rooms are nice. "

"The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great. Walkable to many of the restaurants and other attractions including Duvall Street. The only complaint would be the parking garage which the spaces were pretty tight. The waffle bar was very good. I would stay there again. "

"I visited this place with my wife and 2 kids. The place was awesome, rooms were very clean, well organized, and had everything. The check-in and check-out process was super simple. The bay view is too good. I highly recommend this property. Some minor issues: There were no complimentary water bottles kept in the room and it's very dark outside the rooms to even take a stroll during evening times. But our overall experience was toooooo good."

"On the third night of our 3-night stay and wishing we could stay forever! We splurged on a direct ocean front room and it is worth every penny. This place is by no means fancy but it is old Florida at its finest: cozy, chill, unpretentious. Add in a heated pool and a drip (not pod!!) coffeemaker and all boxes have been checked. As with most of the upper keys there is no true walkout sandy beach but you can use the kayak ramp to get in an ocean swim. Note mucky bottom so mann up or wear swim...
