“The hotel & the grounds are beautiful. On Expedia, we were booked for VIP, however, I feel we were given a room that is in need of refurbishing…bathroom is way over due and our room was located right across from the elevators in which you head the dinging of the elevators! ”

“They dont strive to serve. Our room had a sliding bathroom door that did not lock or remain closed. It took them 3 days to fix it. The last day, the entire floor smelled fish. They sprayed copious amounts of air freshener but it didnt help. Overall, its a nice place with great views and amenities but it doesnt justify the price tag. I'm sure a few years ago it did, but generally you just get the feeling that no one is trying to deliver a great guest experience.”
