“I was very disappointed with this visit. The hotel rooms look very old, there's no smart TV, and the smell of the sea is awful, which, even if they can't control it, is very unpleasant. The food is very average. In the end, I think it's very overrated, and I wouldn't pay for it again. It would be good if they checked out the benefits of hotels like the Marriott on Marco Island, where the price-to-value ratio is much better.”

“Room we booked was not available. Took THREE hours (7pm) to get a room but with parking lot view when we booked a water view. Self parking situation is awful. Not enough spots. Management was condescending and took forever to come out and resolve issue the room issue. Front desk staff were non caring, emotionless people. Grounds were nice. Stayed here four years ago and had an issue with room as well but not this bad! Will never stay here again. Management refunded us 50% of the room cost...
