“The tiny home was very clean and was efficiently arranged. The loft bed was up a staircase that was a little challenging to navigate but was not impossible. The communication with the tiny homes people was very thorough. The tv remote didnt seem to work but we didnt need tv. The location was convenient. This would be a nice little place for a young couple or single person. ”

“The hotel was beautiful and our room was superb! Great accommodations and location. Five friends stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and loved everything about The Avalon! Karen at the front desk was Fantastic—Very friendly and helpful! She gives “Karens” a good name😜”

“This place was just 5 minutes away from downtown Dunedin. It was 12 minutes away from my sister too”

“It was ok. Dried snot rocket on the bathroom wall. Saw roaches and a flea in the bathroom. Lots of construction going on during the day. It got noisy after 8 am. My reservation tried to check me into a cabin that was occupied. Had to call to get a different cabin. Bed and couch were comfortable. Tv was mounted too high.”

“The place wasn’t ready when we arrived! There was no running water and the lights went out 15 minutes into our stay!!”

“The Kon Tiki Inn was a true hidden gem! Small and unique, it is very comfortable and the manager, Debbie, was so thoughtful and helpful. My room was large and well appointed. The kitchenette was greatly appreciated. The closet are was ample and the bathroom was updated. The king size bed was so comfortable! Pool area was awesome and there was plenty of areas to walk my dog. ”

“Perfect location to walk to beach and town. The Villas and grounds were well maintained. I wouldnt hesitate staying hefe again.”

“My husband booked this for us last night for Valentines Day, we tried several times to call and message to let them know when we would arrive and had a few more questions, after many attempts we didn’t even go as you have to call them to get the key and they never answered or replied to us. This is non-refundable so we didn’t go and we have lost our money. After seeing the first review I’m not sure why this is offered on any site. ”
