I mistakenly had the wrong date for our reservation (Travelocity puts in current date automatically) I notice it right away on the receipt. I immediately called the Inn. Receptionist said she couldn't make a change since the reservation was through Travelocity. I then called Travelocity. They called the Inn but couldn't do anything as a manager was not available. Travelocity said I would receive an email as soon as possible. I did received the email with the explanation that management could not do anything about it because the reservation date was passed. I am disappointed both in the Budget Inn & Travelocity. I will find another place to stay & will not be making anymore reservations through Travelocity unless this is properly cared for.
