“This is a long story, but due to delays, we missed our flight to Grand Turk. We scrambled to find a place to stay, but located this villa allowing a one night booking. I found this villa on Expedia and it was just what we needed. The host and owner was very nice. The favorite part of our stay was the hospitality of the host. We had everything we needed!”

“I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading ,...

“The villa was exceptionally clean and close to the main attractions. My only issue was that because the owner uses two separate Nest brand thermostats to control the up/downstairs temperatures. The thermostat temperature setting would automatically adjust throughout the day to a higher degree causes us to manually readjust the temperature to a lower degree setting (especially at night) since it was warmer outside. ”
