“This is an unusual property. It offers no breakfast, charges for snacks, is basically a motel with outside access to rooms, and is finished inside with rough wood, yet the high cost is equal to hotels offering much more (breakfasts, finished wood interiors). The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet, squeezing you in to close it. The furniture and ceiling are plywood. Our room did have a fridge and microwave, which was much appreciated, the room was clean, and beds comfortable. But next time...

“This is a very modest motel on the outside but inside it was quite lovely. It's very clean, had a very comfortable bed, good (free) parking. Also it was nice being right next to the marina for a pleasant place to walk.”

“Very friendly and accommodating staff. Checked on my status after I had a minor complaint and circling back like that to make sure I enjoyed my stay meant everything you need to knkw about this place. Would stay again and hope to be back again sometime in the future to be able to.”

“Property is a budget friendly motel, convenient to the freeway and the town of Bellingham. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly on check in. Price was the draw for a 1 night stay, but I came to find the ownship of the motel changed very recently and the motel was purchased by a family as a franchise. The new owners were on site and really made the effort to offer excellent service. (Including help hauling bags from the vehicle to the room). I like to support locally owned businesses and...
