“Beds were ok. Rooms was great for a family. We had 2 beds plus sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn’t the safest for kids. It would starts to tilt up like it wanted to fold. Ac would not stay on throughout the night most of the night it was off which the room was really warm. Plenty of space for our stuff. Balcony was a plus. Kids loved it.”

“Extremely bad experience, I could not even get a refund in an emergency situation in a room that I never stayed in. I never got a card or a chance to check in the refund process was horrific. They want you to step and jump through hoops and have documentation of a medical situation. It is not worth a stay if you have any other means to stay anywhere else please do so I literally paid $140 for a place that I’ve never even seen the key let alone seen the room due to an illness that require me to...
