“We loved our spacious, well-located accommodations just steps from Uptown’s restaurants and shops. Steps up a steep hill, it should be noted! Our villa was immaculate when we arrived, although we had to wait two hours past check-in time for it to be cleaned. “Resort itself is clean and good. 15 minutes' drive from Sedona. There was no mention about the room with second floor, with twenty stairs on the web. My parents first agreed using second floor, but complained for three whole days about the stairs & network availability. Staffs with blunt attitute here might need some motivation.”
