Great wifi for streaming too. Nice gas fireplace. Helpful recommendations in their book. The breakfast/lunch restaurant on corner (walking distance) is wonderful. We would return.”

“Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. ”

“Beaver Lake Cottages was really wonderful. We stayed in a studio apartment with a perfect view of the lake. The room was super quiet, included a complimentary bottle of wine and a range of other thoughtful snacks. Everything was well-thought-out, down to the fireplace/heater casting a cozy mood each night. It's a perfect place to get away, but it's also very convenient to Eureka Springs and Bentonville. We'll have nothing but positive memories of the place and hope to return someday.”
