“Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. It was cold, no curtains, and couldn't figure out the heating but the bed was warm and that was all I cared about! Shower okay in the morning, Job done. Thanks.”

“Location for Stansted Airport good, in country though. Nice room, bed & shower but dinner is only up to 8:30pm and no breakfast available for early flights as it’s only served from 8am and needed to leave by 7:15. They did offer a takeaway breakfast but it was poor (they don’t normally offer it) and needs to be organised properly for it to be beneficial to the customer.”
