“The staff were brilliant and made our stay so enjoyable. Food was excellent both for the breakfast and evening meal. Our Room was cleaning and comfortable with a nespresso machine, premium teabags and fresh milk available from a fridge in the landing were welcome additions. “Room was spacious and nicely decorated, had a great bath and toiletries. The pub was lovely and we found the evening meal delicious. The breakfast was very good also. Location was great 👍 not too far out of Newmarket itself . Easy parking, would definitely recommend. ”

“A warm welcome after a long drive from Jane/Owner. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, the shower was instantly warm! The owners were lovely, very friendly, attentive and accommodating. My daughter and I were going out very early one morning and thought we would miss breakfast so Sean/owner made us bacon sandwiches and put cartons of juice in the fridge to take with us! “Beautiful place with very friendly staff”

“Great staff, very helpful. We were in room 1 which is a clean modern room. You do hear a little traffic noise but not enough that it's an issue. Just watch you don't rest a bare knee on the heated towel rail when you're sat on the toilet!”

“We had an overnight stay after attending a concert at Ely Cathedral. All I can say is it was a perfect stay in a small but high spec en-suite room with an extremely comfortable double bed, 2 comfortable armchairs and an excellent shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good, served in a lovely breakfast room. Can’t imagine that anything could be improved!”
