"The hotel is basic, but very clean. Upon check in I was given a sheet of paper "about the hotel". One paragraph said breakfast was served between 8 and 9 and also between 9 and 10. There was NO breakfast but there was coffee. I asked the hotel to arrange a transfer from the airport. This did not happen. I took an airport taxi to the hotel which cost 15 euros. "The location was excellent, really close to the beach, bars, restaurants, museums, casino, marina and castle!! The room was modern, spacious, exceptionally clean, good air con, and well presented. The hot tub was a great addition and a really good size! Only draw back was a little noisy at night, but not the fault of accommodation, a small price to pay for the perfect location. Would definitely recommend and would happily return for another holiday! "

We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room!
