Das ganze Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Für ein paar entspannte Tage genau die richtige Umgebung.”

“The resort was outstanding. It exceeded expectations in every way. The service was the best we had in Panama. The cocktails were fun and the food was delicious and they have a vegan menu. We stayed in a king room and it was very private, pristine and well appointed.”

“I made reservations the night before at 5:50 pm and when I tried calling the front desk after 6:00 NO ONE picked up. I called from 5:50 pm until 11 pm and no one picked up. I sent an email to the property. Had EXPEDIA try and they couldn’t get them either- they were no help. We had to stay elsewhere and make reservations elsewhere that were more expensive. Someone called the next day after 10 am! It was too late. It took a while but I got refunded.”

“Biggest initial impression was the smell of old oil and fish from the water. They need to clean up the mess in the water near the restaurant. Room was nice for the cost. No one showed up to provide breakfast this morning even though the sign said 8 am. So we went hungry. Left the room key on the door handle as no one showed up so we could check out. At dinner, they were out of every menu item I selected. 5th choice for dinner. Lucky, there was only one other menu item left.”
