“Our stay and experience was perfect, highly recommend Riverfront Hotel”

“Amenities are great, and the hotel has a very boutique and upscale feel to it. Location is perfect if you want to walk around the French Quarter. Very close to Bourbon Street. One of the bars borders it. The hotel was clean, the double queen room was large, and the staff was nice (and efficient). Wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“Clean and cute room! Ours was a bit small, but had a lot of mid century modern character. The flooring was beautiful, with high ceilings. It was quiet, and the building has beautiful exposed brick throughout, with an awesome little café in the morning. Did not try the restaurant, but it was beautiful inside ”

“I am from NOLA and when I get a chance I come stay since moving out of state. This is the first time I have stayed at the Bienville House and this will be my home base from now on. Staff have been great, parking on site and the room met all expectations. The sundeck was an upgrade offered to me and glad I chose it. House of Blues is just across the street along with Kerry’s Irish Pub along with a cigar shop in the next block.”

“When I checked out of the Hilton inn New Orleans, the staff charged me $302.08 to the wrong room number. I didn’t use anything in this hotel. It’s not professional not to check correctly the room number so cancel this charge. I received a paper receipt with the guest folio from the hotel front. Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect. I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans. I send it this message in hotels.com on direct message BUT...
