“좋은점:
친절한 직원들, 체크인과 체크아웃때 아프리카 특유의 환영문화를 접할 수 있음. 시설이 잘 관리받고 있는 느낌을 받았고 리조트 규모 대비 객실 수가 적당해서 다소 프라이빗한 느낌도 받을 수 있음. 객실이 쾌적하고 에어컨이 시원하다 못해 추울 정도로 가동이 잘됨. 시설 내 운동시설이 별도의 건물에 있으며 스파 시설 또한 별도의 건물로 이용 가능.
안 좋은점:
리조트 주변에 정말 아무것도 없음. 밥을 먹으려고 해도 리조트 내 레스토랑을 이용할 수밖에 없는데 가격이 상당히 비쌈. 5성급이라 하더라도 적당한 가격이라 생각되지 않는데 잔지바르 자체가 물가가 좀 비싼거 같음. 공항에서 1시간 이상 소요됨. 아침 조식 미포함일 경우 1인당 23달러로 이용 가능한데 그정도의 퀄리티 또는 구성은 아님. 수영장이 생각보다 작음. 리조트 내에서 각종 문화체험 등을 신청할 수 있는데 이것도 참 비쌈. 리조트에서 인근 city로 이동하려고 할 경우 리조트에 콜택시 요청을 해야하는데 이동거리...

“This is my second time staying at Meliá, and it won’t be my last. It’s not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service. Every room is cleaned twice a day and I’ve left valuables lying around and everything has always been safe.
My only complaint this time was that there was no working light in the shower but other than that everything was 10/10.”

다만, 비치의 경우 성게가 없어 자녀들에겐 안전했으나 바다색깔, 열대 물고기가 없어 Michambi, Jambiani 보다는 덜 이쁩니다.”
