“The rooms were decent and cleaned regularly, which I appreciated. However, there was a lack of consistency with what was restocked daily, which became noticeable during the stay.
Room service was quite disappointing. Each time I ordered, the wait was around an hour, and unfortunately, the food often arrived cold.
The resort itself felt limited in terms of activities, with most things closing fairly early and not much variety available throughout the day or evening.

“Had the best vacation at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always helpful. The beach was phenomenal. The resort was always fun because of the daily activities yet also very calming at the same time. The gym was top notch.
Special shout out to Jorge at the beach, Elena by the pool, Odalis at guest services and Walma helped us with our luggage. ”
