"The staff definitely stood out however when i told them they have me the wrong room, i paid for oceanview and they gave me a room that was not oceanview. Three security guards were absolutely amazing! Both day shif and night shift. Front desk staff was great as well. I only wish i would have got the view i paid for. I showed them proof but no manager was called or notified. That's why i have to give a 3 otherwise would have been a 5 for sure. Its Right by the beach and a very good restaurant!...

"The entire stay was incredible. Our butler Guzman was absolutely attentive and great at his job! The bartender Roberto in the lobby bar makes the best drinks! At the Club access pool by the beach, Joel and Santa make sure you are taken care of 24/7. The room service was excellent and always had fresh towels. The food at the steak house - churrasco and salmon was delicious. The hibachi was delicious. And we loved the lunch lamb and pasta at il bottacio. They have everything you could possibly ask for for their breakfast buffet and you can have it while looking at the beautiful ocean! Stunning views from see and sea buffet"

"We had a great stay here as a couple. The ocean-view rooms were amazing. Clean, good amenities, and very, very friendly staff. Enjoyed the 6 restaurants and plenty of bars available at the resort. Highly recommend and would come back here for sure. "
