“I may have missed it in the description, but this property does NOT have air-conditioning. The house was very stuffy and hot when we arrived, but admittedly cooled off nicely at night. Fans were provided and very necessary. The house was nice and clean, but some appliances were in poor condition or not working. There is a washing machine, but the "dryer" is a set of cloths lines in the back yard! lol I had the impression this property was closer to the beach and maybe even had a nice view, but...

“This is a beautiful house, very spacious, lovely native bush surrounding it. But we would never stay here again because the mold smells were so bad, espacially sleeping downstairs. My son left with a respiratory sickness after two nights of breathing mold in the downstairs bedroom. We opened all the windows to air the place out, but without screens on the windows, the mosquitos were so bad that my other two family members left with about twenty itching bites between them. They need humidifiers,...
