“This property was beautiful. The views are amazing. I stayed in the Junior Suite, Multiple Beds, Oceanfront and the view from this room was amazing. The staff at this hotel was super nice and helpful. I got a massage on the balacony of my room. Mrs. Leida was very helpful and provided great customer service. “The rooms and facilities are really nice. Everyone on staff is very kind. I enjoyed the beach, the pool and the food. The days were very peaceful. My biggest issue was the noise level in the late afternoons and evenings. I had a “garden view” room, between the noise from the restaurants, live music from the main lobby carrying, classes at the pool, private parties at the beach and in the ballrooms there was a lot of noise and music blasting every night. “Incredible views and beautiful gardens. Our property (no. 10) was really nicely refurbished with comfortable beds and very spacious kitchen/sitting area. We were not bothered by lack of air conditioning downstairs as we spent most of our time outside.”
