I think staffing is a bit of an issue as I waited a good five minutes at the desk to check in. I also think they've had their share of bad customers due to the security deposit required ($100) and disclaimers to sign during the check in. Finally, the HVAC/mini-split was a little jenky - it kept switching over to "dry" mode, as opposed to just keeping the temp at a certain level. On the plus side, the breakfast was ready promptly and wasn't bad. And, finally, the price was right (under $100) for a night. So, overall, not bad, not great, but fine given the price.
