“5 star hotel. Only issues: The room descriptions are misleading. The majority of one bedrooms “with a balcony” are a sliding door with a 2 feet wide (60cm) walk out - at the widest. You cannot see the beach unless you’re standing out there. No sitting possble. Beach chairs too close. ”

“It was a quick getaway but had such a relaxing time. I previously stayed at the Ritz, which was great of course, but it this place was more homely and the staff was great! I didn’t really do much else but hang around Shangri-La and I was okay with that! I had the pool and also had food delivered. Also, I loved seeing the chickens roaming around in which you wouldn’t see this at a resort. I will definitely stay again! ”
