“Receptionist very helpful, room and view lovely, excellent shower; only let down by 'missing' staff at breakfast. Literally had to find someone to welcome us in/show to a table. Agreed, it was busy due to half-term, but surely that could have been provisioned for?”

“We were staying for a couple of nights and going to see a band ,we enjoyed our stay very much but after returning to the hotel after the concert i felt we weren't made welcome at the bar when asking for a drink and i felt we had to rush or drinks ”

“Great place, went as a single person and got the usual small room with no view. But I'm used to that!”

“The room and location were very good. Although breakfast was good and the staff working flat out there was always a wait for replacement food which did detract from having a relaxing breakfast. There was only one lift functioning which made many people wait a long time. The stairway where carpeted smelt musty and unpleasant and the carpet was very worn, not in keeping with the price of staying at the hotel. ”

“Lovely pool area and polite staff, unfortunately bins in the rooms had not been emptied from previous guests. Paid for late check out to use the pool area and would say this was worth it. breakfast fresh made and very good.”
