“The room we stay was fine but surely not at the 5 stars quality compare to many others 5 stars hotel I have stayed before. The room was abit aged, coffee cups got coffee marks which need to be washed before use. Second night we didn’t have hot water which wasn’t impress. Breakfast was nice, a lot of options. However, dinner foods were the opposite. We had grilled chicken burgers and the chicken breast was very dry but the chips was nice. For what they charged for the foods definitely not...

“Hotel room very good. Excellent bathroom, shame there’s no make up lighting or magnifying mirror. Would have liked more fruit at breakfast, emphasis is on cooked breakfast. Very good food at dinner…to a high standard. Parking tricky but we were lucky to have a dedicated space that came along with rooftop room. Reception is uninviting, no fresh flowers anywhere in the hotel. Staff friendly & accommodating except for a missed room service.”

“Great hotel if you want to stay in a castle it is kept to a good standard considering it is a castle , the staff are more than helpful and are all wanting to please you , we had evening meal which was very good which we both enjoyed, we are on a gluten free diet and it was no problem at all for them, the breakfast the next day was also really good , the grounds are also very nice to walk around and explore, we both enjoyed staying here thanks to all the hard working staff we most likely will...

“I was at the. Celtic Manor Resort for one night, a Friday before Easter. What a lovely stay, room with a view out over the city and onto the Severn Estuary. A really clean, spacious room with a walk in shower and bath, comfy beds and really quiet. I used the swimming pool, which is a lovely size and has a couple of Saunas and steam rooms, again really clean. Staff were lovely, everywhere I went and so helpful. Breakfast was busy but so much food and again clean and efficient. A lovely stay...
