“Check in was fast and easy. Rooms were amazing. We had everything we needed. The only thing i did not like was the 50 dollar fee we had to pay for each room when we checked in. I never heard of that before. Otherwise, everything was amazing. ”

“We booked total three rooms, and one of them was booked with a King bed. By the way, when we checked in, the receptionist arranged all twin bed rooms for us and said they do not have any emptied King bed room. We requested to re-check the room types in several times, however she answered do not have any options same as before. We called to Hotels.com and complained, then they checked with this hotel actually had a King bed room, just the receptionist personally did not offer us. In the...

“Área with a lot of restaurants near, hotel wasnt very clean but most of the staff was welcoming and really helpful.”

“I booked rooms with breakfast included. However, we needed to ask for breakfast coupons each day. What was even more outrageous was that at the end of my stay, I was charged for a 'service' fee for each breakfast. The funny part is that the service fee was different for each day. I was told that the hotel staff would notify the hotel manager and give me an e-mail but I never received an e-mail from the hotel.”

“Pros: centrally located, friendly staff, clean rooms, good dining & drinks Cons: hard mattresses, flat pillows , no hot tub, breakfast is not complimentary Overall a decent option depending on your needs and budget. Some trade offs but a solid hotel all the same”

“I did not get the room i paid for but i was reimbursed the difference. It was great customer device. ”
