“The best hotel in the area. In my experience, probably the best in upstate New York. Beautiful surroundings, walking distance to Starbucks and many restaurants. 15 min drive to downtown. Gourmet breakfast prepared by chef every morning was fantastic. Stayed 10 days for the business trip and it was just perfect for me. I will definitely go back. Don't need to hesitate.”

“For a quick overnight the hotel was fine. The bathroom had some wear and tear, a dirty vent and old slider on the shower. The air conditioner/heating unti could have used a cleaning as well.”

“I booked rooms with breakfast included. However, we needed to ask for breakfast coupons each day. What was even more outrageous was that at the end of my stay, I was charged for a 'service' fee for each breakfast. The funny part is that the service fee was different for each day. I was told that the hotel staff would notify the hotel manager and give me an e-mail but I never received an e-mail from the hotel.”

By the way, when we checked in, the receptionist arranged all twin bed rooms for us and said they do not have any emptied King bed room. We requested to re-check the room types in several times, however she answered do not have any options same as before. “Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Our room was not ready at checkin and we waited over an hour, but we were given meal vouchers to compensate. Our room was clean and spacious. The parking was not included. My kids loved the pool, though it was quite cold. I would stay here again.”
