“We had no functioning wifi until the morning of check-out so we had no ability to use essentials communication tools given we were relying on it. I notified the front desk and they told us that it was down but didn't know how to fix it. I emailed Management several times and got absolutely no feedback. Also, it was a heat wave with 100F temperatures and the only ice machine was broken so we couldn't keep our food and drink cool on our travels.”
