“The front office manager was very accommodating. We arrived at the hotel earlier in the morning and he provided us the courtesy to check in earlier to start our day! This was very much appreciated as we had a driver waiting to take us around. ”

The easily accessible pool with swim up bar etc. Only on arrival to the property did I see that the pool was drained and was undergoing construction/maintenance for the entirety of my stay. Nowhere on the website was this indicated and I am extremely disappointed because I was not able to access the amenity that I paid for as advertised.”

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....
