“Overall good but we did not like the fact we had to pay an additional $500tt fee to check in early AND there was a $100tt fee to shuttle to the airport and your add said that airport shuttle is included. ”

EVERYONE was so nice and courteous from the front desk all the way to the cleaning staff. We will definitely be back here again for another vacation. “I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....
