“The room and staff were very nice. I didn’t like the extra charges for breakfast. Other properties we stayed at in the area didn’t have these extra fees. The breakfast hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, I didn’t like the distance to the complementary beach lounge chairs. The beach guy servicing the complementary beach chairs was not friendly or accommodating. It was obvious that he would have preferred a paying customer . He treated us like second class customers.”

“I had a wonderful and relaxing time at La Samanna. The staff is what truly makes this place special. They are very attentive and ensure that you are well taken care of.
