We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. “The pool was awesome. The staff was amazing. Especially liked the main bar bartenders, Ruben and Raymond. They were great guys to talk with, and made our experience a lot more fun! Rooms were always clean and beds were very comfortable. Only bad thing there was the no-seeum bugs that bite like crazy.... we would definitely return! ”

“My family of 4 enjoyed this property. Pros: There was always a place by the pool or at the beach. In fact, I've never visited a resort where I didn't have to play the towel game. Even if I slept till 9 and went to the beach, I could always find a chair and umbrella (to me, this is priceless). The room was nice and clean. We had excellent service each day and were refilled with water and coffee pods for the next morning. The resort didn't feel crowded, and most of the staff was very friendly....

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”

“Property is in a great location. 10 minutes from the airport. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Friendly and attentive staff that greet you daily. Do not recommend the spa. The check-in desk is literally in the hallway leading to the gym. The spa has two massage rooms only. They do not have a large enough spa facility for this to be considered a spa. It feels like a storage room was converted into two rooms just for massages. Very awkward and not conducive to a relaxing experience. ”
