“Great stay, close to everything and nice short walk from there to main town. Manager was very nice, as were the cleaning staff, everything was modern and well maintained, bed was very comfortable and having washing machine and dryer on site was a great help.”

“Definetely make sure that you book one of the upper rooms, not the ones that are on the base level next to rececption. They have no balkony, no view, only a small window and are very dark inside. The upper rooms have a nice view, are brighter, private balcony and they are a bit better equiped. The woman that is at the reception most of the time does not speak any english, which made communication difficult at some time, because she had to phone her husband. Apart from that i had a nice stay.”

“Een leuk hotel vlak bij de verbinding maar de oude stad. Prima kamer met zee zicht. Zo te zien gerenoveerd. Heel vriendelijke staf. Omtbijt buffet was uitgebreid met veel natuur producten. Helaas geen bacon en eggs. Wel een koude ommelet en een soort scrambled egg met kruiden. Smakelijk maar niet helemaal mijn ding. Maar a met sl prima Monemvassia vonden we ook erk leuk”

“We had a wonderful stay at Amaryllis Hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations, clean, spacious, comfortable, good breakfast and easy parking. The owner, Mr Ianni was amazing and beyond helpful. Our bags we lost by the airline and Mr Ianni pulled out all stops in communicating with the airline to find them and have them returned to us - he even offered to collect them from drop off point in another town. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return there when we next visit...

“This is a true gem in the Eastern Peloponnes and quintessential Greece. The location is idyllic and the private beach is out of this world. The owner lives with his family in one of the cottages in the complex and are friendly and ready to help. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The manager goes out of his way to make sure you are well taken care of. The views from each of the Cycladic villas is nothing but blue-green sea, blue skies, mountains dropping into the azure sea. “The views are gorgeous! Restaurant outdoor seating is lovely day or night. Located near the top of a mountain so need car to get to town and beaches. Rooms are beautifully done, with cooktop and larger refrigerator but think have to ask for cooking supplies should you want them. Amenities were great. Silly observation, but one of a couple of hotels on our trip throughout Greece that provided hair conditioner. ”
