“Great place, close to everything/in a walking distance. Clean and beds are comfortable + firm (many times beds are too soft) We received good instructions how to use everything/rules of the apartment .The only thing I would say was annoying is the front gate to the yard. The keypad lags and it's difficult to get it to open. We usually went through the gate when someone was coming out. Other than that a great stay”

“Very beautiful and large apartment. Located right at the heart of old town, everything was within walking distance and I have nothing bad to say about this place ! It’s located on the 4th floor, so a bit difficult to reach with two small children and a stroller, as there is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have small kids”

“Nice place in a good location, very friendly service. Big enough for a family of four, accommodates in the extreme case even 8 people. The negative sides: (i) extremely noisy, because right downstairs is a popular pub. Hence not recommended for a family stay; (ii) the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Also night tables and reading lamps would be nice.”

If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area. The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. For older people it would have been simply impossible.”

“Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. Der Geruch als deutliche Mischung von billigem Putzmittel und Menschlichem empfängt und begleitet den Gast. Alle Möbel, Wäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher sind geprägt von...

“Det var som udgangspunkt en fin lejlighed, den ligger ved en stor indfaldsvej, meget trafik især var det frustrerende at motorcykler brugte vejen som racerbane. At bussernes kabler var fastgjort på husmuren så hele lejligheden rystede hver gang en at de busser kørte forbi. Rengøringen lod en del tilbage at ønske - gulvene var beskidte og bruseforhænget var muggen. Selve lejligheden femstod lidt slidt og nusset. ”

“Very hot days when we were there. Some fans had been great in the apartment. The entrance is pretty dark in the night so little hard for elderly people to see the stairs. There is some noise from the street in the night and early mornings. ”
