“We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. ”

“Perfect for business trip and also vacation if you wish to look around the old city and Nicosia. Situated on a quiet street across the Central Bank of Cyprus it is close to many financial institutions and also the old city. The facilities are excellent with a gym on 2nd basement floor and the room is quiet spacious and nicely & neatly furbished with all the appliances. The staff is also helpful and ready to assist. Good name among businessmen who visit Nicosia regularly and also to taxi drivers.”

“Very comfortable hotel situated right on Ledra Street so brilliant for the Ledra crossing into the north and transport links from the bus station. ”

“Very nice hotel the personnel was very friendly and helpful. The internet didn’t work very well. They made it work the day after as I needed to work in the room. The cleaning lady was also very good and flexible. The breakfast tastes good. The gym was not in the hotel but outside the hotel with the locals which was a little bit a downside for me”

“This hotel doesn't has their own parking lot. Hotel guest have to pay 12 euros each night at the next door parking lot. I think the hotel must pay their guest's parking fee.”
